Shipping, tracking & delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Orders over $69.99 include free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is typically 7–20 business days depending on destination. Express (DHL) is 6–8 business days.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships we email a tracking number. You can also use Track Your Order in the header.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Checkout on this demo store uses a simulated payment so you can place test orders without a real charge.

Shopping & discounts

You can change an order within two hours of placing it by writing to us. After it is packed we cannot redirect the parcel.

Products & care

Take pieces off before sleep, bathing, or exercise. Natural stones and handmade cord will vary slightly from photos. If a bracelet cord wears through, we can advise on restringing.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or damaged item. Sale items and opened incense, candles, or soap cannot be returned.
