Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange. Damage from regular wear does not qualify.

Return shipping is not included unless we made an error (wrong, missing, or defective item). Original shipping, gift wrap, and extra service fees are non-refundable.

Free gifts, personalized products, gift cards, and opened sage, candles, or soaps are final sale. After an exchange, that item cannot be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the return we email approval and credit the original payment method within one week.
